Network design starts on your floor, not in a spreadsheet
Every deployment begins with a site survey: where the demarc lands, how far the registers sit from the closet, where the drive-thru or patio Wi-Fi drops out, and which walls will eat a 5GHz signal. We document the result as a rack elevation and a cable schedule before quoting a dollar of hardware.
From there we build the stack: business-class firewall, managed PoE switching, enterprise access points, and structured Cat6 terminated in a labeled patch panel. No consumer routers, no daisy-chained switches under the counter.
Segmentation: guest Wi-Fi that can never touch card data
Cardholder traffic, back-office systems, cameras and guest Wi-Fi each get their own VLAN with firewall rules between them. Guests get bandwidth-limited internet and nothing else. Cameras stream to the recorder and the cloud, not to the register network.
This is the single highest-leverage change most merchants can make: it shrinks PCI scope, kills the most common lateral-movement path, and makes troubleshooting far faster because traffic is already sorted by purpose.
Monitoring that dispatches before you notice
Every firewall, switch, access point, terminal and recorder reports into our monitoring platform. Circuit flaps, PoE failures, offline registers and failing drives generate alerts routed to an on-call engineer around the clock.
In practice that means we are often already remoting into your firewall while the shift manager is still deciding whether to call. When the fix requires hands, a technician is dispatched under a four-hour on-site SLA.

For groups and franchises we standardize a single hardware and configuration template, stage equipment before it ships, and roll sites in waves so support load stays manageable. Every location ends up with an identical stack, which means any engineer can support any site.
