Payments & Clover POS

Merchant payment processing and Clover POS, priced so you can audit every line

UXG Pay is an ISO agent. We place your merchant account with the processor that actually fits your volume and vertical, price it interchange-plus, install and configure Clover, and stay on the hook for support, 24 hours a day.

What you need to know

  • Interchange-plus pricing with a fixed, published markup
  • Next-day funding on batches closed by 10pm ET
  • Clover POS for restaurant, retail, salon and service verticals
  • Compliant dual pricing and surcharge programs
  • No install or setup fees when bundled
  • Live support 24/7 from a named account engineer

How merchant pricing actually works

Every card transaction has three cost layers: interchange paid to the issuing bank, assessments paid to Visa, Mastercard, Discover or Amex, and the processor markup. The first two are non-negotiable and identical for every merchant. The markup is the only piece anyone competes on, and it is the piece tiered pricing is designed to hide.

Under a tiered plan, your processor decides which transactions are "qualified" and which get downgraded. Under flat-rate, you pay one blended number that quietly over-charges on debit and under-serves on rewards-heavy volume. Under interchange-plus, you see the true cost of each transaction plus a fixed markup that does not move.

Send us one recent statement and we will rebuild it under cost-plus so you can see the delta in dollars, not percentages.

Clover POS matched to how your floor actually runs

A quick-service counter, a full-service dining room and a multi-chair salon do not need the same terminal. We survey the floor first, then specify the Clover devices that fit: Station Duo at the counter, Mini where space is tight, Flex for pay-at-table and curbside, and Clover Kiosk for high-throughput QSR.

Every Clover deployment ships pre-configured with your menu or catalog, tax rules, tip prompts, user permissions, apps from the Clover App Market and receipt branding already loaded. Staff training happens on-site before go-live, not over a support call on a Saturday.

Underwriting, funding and chargeback support

As an ISO agent we submit your application to the sponsoring registered ISO and its member bank. Most low-risk accounts approve within one business day; high-risk and high-volume files take longer because underwriting reviews processing history and financials.

Once live, batches closed by 10pm ET fund the next business day. Chargebacks route through a dedicated representment workflow: we assemble the evidence packet, including CCTV footage tied to the transaction when you run our camera system.

What switching processors looks like

Day one: statement analysis and hardware audit. Day two to five: application, underwriting and account boarding. Day six to ten: on-site install, network check, staff training and parallel testing. We do not cut the old account until the new one has settled a live batch.

If your current provider has an early termination fee, tell us the amount up front, buyouts are common on qualifying volume.
